貴陽地鐵2號線是中國貴州省貴陽市建設(shè)中的一條地鐵線路。線路起自七機路口站，途徑白云區(qū)行政中心、林城西路、長嶺路、北京西路、二橋、噴水池、省醫(yī)、油榨街、森林公園、龍洞堡國際機場、小碧等站，終于客運東站，2號線全長43.8公里，共設(shè)車站32座，平均站距1.34公里，分一期（七機路口-油榨街）二期（貴鋼-水淹壩）站點名稱以開通為準(zhǔn)?？偼顿Y177.3億元，計劃于2020年全線建成通車。
2號線全長41.5公里，共設(shè)車站32座，平均站距1.34公里，分兩期建設(shè)。2號線一期工程，全長27.1km總投資194.59億元，計劃于2020年建成通車。一期工程建設(shè)范圍為七機路口站至油榨街站，線路長27.1公里，設(shè)車站24座，均為地下線，設(shè)車輛基地一座；二期工程為油榨街站至水淹壩站，長11.9公里，設(shè)車站8座，停車場一座，計劃2020年建成。
2號線一期工程起于白云區(qū)七機路口站，沿止于2號線一期工程油榨街站。平均站間距1196米，最大站間距2168米，最小站間距632米。該條線路目前與開通的地鐵一號線共設(shè)兩個換乘站，包括林城西路站、噴水池站。2號線總體遠(yuǎn)期的設(shè)計最大客流量達(dá)3.1萬人/小時，設(shè)計占地面積最大的車站金珠西路站的近期預(yù)期最大客流量約為2.3萬人每小時。計劃于2020年2月29日竣工。
